Maintenance plans

Recurring care for vehicles that have started with a Full Detail and are kept in routine condition.

Maintenance plans are designed for regularly cared-for vehicles. Heavy pet hair, salt, stains, excessive trash, heavy grime, and deep interior work are priced separately.

Plan terms. An initial Full Detail establishes the baseline. Plans are billed automatically before each month's visits with a 3-month initial commitment, and after that, 30 days' notice is required to cancel. One reschedule is allowed with 48 hours' notice. Missed visits do not roll over.

Questions

What does an Interior Detail include?

Our Interior Detail includes vacuuming seats, carpets, mats, and cargo areas; cleaning dash, console, doors, cupholders, vents, steering wheel, shifter, pedals, and handles; cleaning interior glass; wiping door jambs; and cleaning interior surfaces with Koch-Chemie Pol Star where appropriate.

Do you shampoo seats or carpets?

Not currently. We can reduce stains and grime by hand-cleaning with professional interior products, but full shampoo/extraction is not currently included.

Do you offer paint correction or buffing?

Not currently. Our exterior services focus on pressure rinsing, foam pre-wash, hand washing, wheels, tires, glass, and general exterior cleaning. Machine polishing, swirl removal, scratch removal, and paint correction are not currently offered.

What does Exterior Wash include?

Exterior Wash includes a pressure rinse, foam pre-wash, contact hand wash, wheels and tires cleaned, wheel wells rinsed, bug removal within reason, exterior glass cleaned, and hand drying.

What is the difference between Full Detail and Heavy Full Detail?

Full Detail is for normally dirty vehicles and includes Interior Detail plus Exterior Wash. Heavy Full Detail is for neglected vehicles with heavier grime, salt, crumbs, sticky surfaces, dirty wheels, or extra buildup that requires significantly more labor.

Can you remove every stain?

No detailer should guarantee that. We offer stain and grime reduction, but some stains are permanent or require extraction, steam, or specialty treatment.

Do prices change based on vehicle condition?

Yes. Final pricing can change based on vehicle size, pet hair, stains, salt, excessive trash, heavy grime, or oversized vehicles. We confirm pricing before starting.

How long will the service take?

Timing depends on the service and the vehicle's condition. We confirm the expected timing when your quote is finalized.

What happens if the weather is bad?

We coordinate around the weather and can reschedule if conditions make mobile work impractical.
